strange foods

While there we saw many vendors making a strange peanut brittle type thing, they put this hot molasses type stuff with some peanuts on a wood block, then pound it flat with a giant mallet, they turn it and do it again and again until it is flat; but, weirdly fluffy.

Not too sweet, but tasty.

Another one we tried, was similar; but, made with "threads" of the molasses type stuff, then hand rolled around a small bit of peanut.

Both tasty; but, strange.
