We had been asking to move to a river view room, and today we did... I think it worth an additional 100 rmb... about 15 dollars per night. It has been great watching the sand dredges and tour boats going up and down.
In the evening, there are tour boats completely lit up in neon, a couple with giant TV screens on the sides... like 30 feet by 50 feet BIG with ads... of course.
But across the river a bunch of buildings are lit up and off the bridge in the distance as well as the point to the left, there are giant green laser lights that move across the river and city scape... pretty cool!
